In Response To: What did Stick do to deserve THIS? (Jim Allen)

Oops. Option A should have said 32 players get the round 1 bye, (not 64). So option A is same as Jim Allens option C.

So restating; Which gives the best player in the tournament the better chance to win?

Option A: 32 players get a round 1 bye and immediately start the round 2 match. (same as 128 grid with all byes in first round)

OR

Option B: There are 3 groups of 32. Each plays down to a champ. Then of those 3 one gets a bye to the finals
