There was a Super Bowl parley card a few years ago where it could be proved that you had to win $40 for every $36 bet. This happens when cards have situations where "if A" then "B cannot happen". There were several such situations over the 20 questions. Another situation is when the question is worded so that either answer is correct. However, in this case you have to go to the Nevada Gaming Commision to collect as the posted result is the only one the casion will pay on.
