I predict that the loser will still be firmly convinced they are the better player and just got slimed.

Lets say you have 2 players with a skill difference of say 50 Elo (but you don't know which is which). Does anyone know how many 11 point matches they'd have to play in order to have 95% confidence that the player who has won the most matches is in fact the stronger player?
