How to improve your game (a minor suggestion)

I realized a while ago that I had been playing all of my practice matches against GNU moving in the same direction (the default direction) bearing off to my right. I then played some practice matches in the opposite direction (bearing off to my left), and I noticed that my error rate was consistently higher when I played in that direction. To correct this problem, I continued playing practice matches in the "opposite" direction until my error rates were approximately equal, regardless of direction. Now I alternate directions when practicing.
