Extras in chouettes

Interlocking is fun, but only when the stakes are not too high ("too high" depends on what you are comfortable with). When chouettes are for what I consider to be "serious money" I want to see what is happening to my money. I also want to see all the plays and how each person makes the plays and cube decisions.
When we get more than 8 people in our chou, we generally split into 2 games, and we roll the dice to see who plays where. New players alternate in.
A couple of weeks ago we had 14 players and we had two chous and one heads-up game.
