Video tape rights is an old debate, but still not resolved. Clearly, when a player enters a tournament he gives up his "rights to privacy" and the director and the public have the right to record the matches for any reason. Most importantly, it is to the benefit of the game for all to see the plays and the matches.

The director should also be able to require clocks, baffle boxes, rolling devices, or anything that assures the game is fairer and more enjoyable for spectators and players.
