Yeah.. I recall you telling me this now. Anyhow..with 3 ply play I have a significantly different result after nearly 1000 games with almost 10 jsd in favor of hitting ! (note that 3 ply standard errors seem smaller than 2 ply).

Priming is winning only slightly more games (not the near 1%) and losing more G's.

Rather than run what appears to be a very clear result all weekend, I'll stop this in a couple hours (after a big Chinese buffet lunch) and set up to play 3 ply vs 2 ply play all weekend to be sure 3 ply checker play is better once again and by how much.

Something tells me that it may be worth running the close plays thru GNU 3 ply play rollouts..ie the close plays where GNU and Snowie rollouts don't agree.
