Woolsey's rule is always a good place to start. R U sure White has a take? ATS, his takepoint is 30% plus half of your net g's less recube vig. Your 4-cube takpoint is 25% cubeless. Not a very gammonish position for either side but Blue certainly wins more than White. I'll give you 15% net gammons here which raises White's takepoint to 37.5%. Recube vig probably lowers that by 6.5% or so meaning White needs 31% cubeless chances to take this cube? I'm not at all sure he wins it that often so I'd send it over and let White decide. I think White wins a bit less than 31%, so I vote for D/close pass. White's chances are somewhat hampered by that made ace point which hurts his timing and makes it more difficult to contain a hit checker.
Another reason to send it over is that it's a somewhat unusual position and therefore pretty hard to evaluate. White doesn't want to be faced with a difficult pass/take decision in this position and is really hoping you take a roll here.
