MCG vs. neilkaz 11

I have no idea how to play this position, but it was interesting to see that with 18 people in the tournament, you drew Neil in Round 1. That made the rest of us in the tournament very happy, except most all of the higher ranked players lost except for David Rockwell, and he drew Herb Roman in round 1.

I believe Neil beat David in the semis, but who won the tournament?
