Wrong. I haven't even checked my email since that exchange with Mr. Pedantic. So, I probably have the match in my inbox, but I certainly haven't run it. I most certainly would NOT be afraid to post it, that is for sure. I am at work and checking the ER of a match played I dunno when vs an attention starved player across the pond is not my numero uno priority, believe it or not.

Let's assume that his numbers are right for a moment, then I don't need to run it... No matter what setting he used I would expect the results from Gnubg to be similar.

If nothing else this thread has made David Startin a better player because he went and downloaded a better computer. How much does everyone here think he owes me for that lesson? Do you think he will pay it?

Our exchange at GG went like this:

Startin: I have one other match and I outplayed you 2.94 to 2.97

Coolrey: And you posted at BGO that you ALWAYS outplay me based on that???

Startin: Want me to send the file to you?

Coolrey: Not really, but.... blah blah blah.

Epilogue:

Get in LINE, Mr. Pedantic. There is another guy who thinks he can outplay me too, but at least he is willing to put his money where his mouth is. I don't play to get the lowest ER. I play to win. Would you like to be next? Bring your purse!
