The evaluations for both the top plays are off. White is 11/36 to be off in two, whereas blue is 10/36 or 11/36 to remain in White's board after 20/16 or 21/17 respectively, which should yield BG-rates of .085 and .093.

FWIW, my GNUBG gets this right on 2-ply as it should.
