I've always thought the main point of having the 20-point is that it prevents you from getting blitzed, not primed. It also usually gives you a strong enough position to take most any double.

I think the tradeoff between wins and lost gammons is close here, making the two plays a pick-em. I would probably hold the anchor, bar/20 13/10.
