There has to be something seriously wrong here?

If you get 2 more rolls it doesnt matter, but if you only get 1 more against the set, 20/16 19/18 dies on any 1, whereas 21/17, 19/18 saves on D1? How can giving yourself that extra 2.8% not be seen by the BOT?
