Petter,

When you pick the moves in the analysis pane and hit the buttons did you check to see if the eval settings are correct from the analysis pane? Before hitting the eval buttons (0-4) click on the "..." button. Check to see if pruning is on in there. I am betting pruning is turned on there, which would probably explain why they are different.

With all that being said, the problem may be masked by pruning but the root cause may be a compiler optimization. A number of people are investigating it now.
