yes but so far we have no model on time/backgammon but why not i am open to all suggestions and i believe this is interesting.
i had a similar situation 3years ago in the riviera cup my opponent was short on time the match was recorded.
Once my opponent was short on time and stop gessing ghosts after every obvious mooves he in fact played betther. What i like to do in such situations when your opponent is short on the clock is to play slowly unconciously he must play fast and you cut he's timing constantly by playing slowly. i have seen good players panic. i should sell this information:-)
