With the two point made the checkers on the 8 are begging to be moved, and most of all they would like to go to the 5 point. Then the natural move is to advance the anchor 24/21(2). 13/10(2) is not bad: It unstacks, and as white's made 3-point is a little deep and white is not threatening to add to his prime, blue is not desperate for an advanced anchor. Yet, unstacking the mid can also easily be done later, advancing the anchor is a bit more complicated so I choose to do now what is harder to do later.
