Neil replies that he is in extreme disagreement with you. Here's one reason why.."Falafel's opponent being a (ex) chess player will never time out. He is very familiar with clock usage."

Reason 2 is the .213 Double Whopper the technical decision to not cube here is per your short r/o.

Now if the opp's time was down to nearly a minute or less..then this might be a different situation.
