I doubt that anybody would pass this if they knew just how much of a blunder this is.

It is simply giving up too much equity.

Don't forget that the flipside to losing a G is winning one or perhaps a recubed 16 points.

Very bad error by Mochy.

It doesn't take many of these "skill based errors" to play worse than your fishy opponent.

I bet Mochy choked and passed. In hindsight anything can be excused if this is considered a fine pass based on skill difference.
