In Response To: Falafel to play 41 (Stick)

No hit for me since I think I would be not much more than even money to cover and if hit back it is anybody's game. The variations where ones hide the blot basically turn a potential 3-point holding game into a phantom 3-point holding game with one more dead checker, I don't think it is really a gain. 9/8 9/5 seems smooth enough, and I play it if only because of less gammons lost.
