Regarding B), I'm confident that 3 men anchored on the ace point and 12 off is a big take and 4 anchored and 11 off a big pass.

My guess is that 3 anchored on the ace point and 1 stray man is mostly a pass, depending where the 4th man is, but not a big market loss and that if the 3 men are on the 2 point, it is a take.
