Candidates:

13/7 8/6
13/11 7/1
8/6 7/1

8/6 7/1 seems out on the basis that White will play 5s to hit on the 17 point so it just gives him a 4 to escape as well.

Between 13/11 7/1 and 13/7 8/6, it doesn't seem to make a large difference. The former keeps a greater measure of hemming but puts the spares in worse places, neither of which is terribly important in this position. My guess is that 13/7 8/6 is better.
