Sorry, what I said was misleading. What I meant was that because the 4-ply analysis gave such a different answer from the rollout, I wasn't sure that gnubg was playing the rollout correctly. I didn't mean that I trusted the 4-ply any more than the rollout.

As for what the answers were, GNU 4-ply said no double, while the rollout said double/pass. In light of your personal evaluation of the position as no double, perhaps you don't trust the rollout either?
