In Response To: Five Giants of Backgammon Are Sitting at a Diner (David)

None. The question was answered i.e. none of the first 4 new knew whether 'ALL' of the 5 of them wanted coffee, the fifth one could categorically say 'No, we dont ALL want coffee'. (presumably because he didnt?)

So, none. The waitress was asking the wrong question.
