In Response To: Five Giants of Backgammon Are Sitting at a Diner (David)

While any student of logic will conclude that the four unsure Giants should get coffee, the waitress happens to know that these are backgammon players.

What if they were playing Chouette and the question was "do all of you want to take that cube"? As we know, some of them may simply not know what they want until they find out what the others want to do.

Clearly, the player who said "no" was the captain, and if the captain isn't taking coffee in this situation, obviously nobody else is.
