Keene caught on that this was a play on words. In everyday speaking, "all of you" is a synonym for plural "you" (used because the singular and plural forms of "you" are otherwise indistinguishable). Since waitresses normally take orders individually, the reader assumes she's asking each Giant for their own order. The joke is that the question has a different meaning when read literally.
