Yes, of course, any suicide committed on any morning must be known to all on the same day (and known to be known, and known to be known to be known, ....)

Also, I guess you must assume that no statement to the same effect as the Oracle's has been uttered before in the last 10 days so that people have already started counting days, but now we're heading back into nitpicking territory.
