There aren't any even/odd problems.

Simply pick up 87 coins (without changing their orientation) and then turn that entire stack upside-down. The other 13 are the second stack.

If you picked up all the 'sucks' coins, then both groups will have zero 'sucks' up.

If you picked up 86 of the sucks coins and one delicious, then both groups will have one 'sucks' up.

If you picked up 80 of the sucks coins and 7 delicious, then both groups will have 7 sucks up.

It works regardless of which ones you originally picked up, as long as you pick up 87 coins.
