one reason could be: GnuBG uses EMG based luck for analysis. If your opponent had much luck in the first games and you in the last games the latter are more influential for the outcome but not for the displayed luck at the end of the analysis.

I personally will implement luck analysis in BGB displaying EMG in every single game, but MWC for the whole match
