One candidate is 15-10, 8-7*, and GNU 4 ply seems to like it, if I have the settings right. 3 blots, leaving 16 shots. 5-4 really sucks and even 3-2 is annoying. True, you are in decent shape on the 4 fans and 12 airballs, but I can't see why the double hit, yielding only 14 shots is not superior. Will try a roll out later.
