With Blue at 40 pips, White's LPT for money (~22%) should be at 45 pips. The two additional pips should take about 5% off that in a race this length, giving White about 17% which should be the take point at the score. Structure is about equal, Blue's open 4 point hurts a little, but White has a thin 5 point and one less off - the tiniest amount in White's favour, less than a percentage point.
