Jacoby-like paradox?

I will give you a similar paradox that I have seen and used. I roll a joker, and if I play it correctly, everyone will drop my cube. But by playing it a little worse, I still have a great advantage, but I will get some takes. (Sometimes those takes will be wrong, but sometimes they are right).

Now, if I can make a worse play, but it is still a drop, and it gets me some takes, I clearly have gained equity on the play. But if I make a worse play and it is a take, I have lost equity with the play.

But these examples are simply taking advantage of human weaknesses.....in all cases, if you are dealing with what is right according to the bots, any time you make a less-than-best play according to the bot, you are giving away equity (assuming you are playing an equal or better player).
