I can help you with the design of such an item. Picture a long, plastic tooth paste tube that is rectangular and see-through and sealed at both ends. Thin enough to fit in a board. Picture two precision die sealed inside. Have some toothpick (or little rods) sticking through the tube at various levels so that the dice hit on these and are tumbled when you turn the tube over and place it on an end. You simply turn it over like and hour glass and watch the dice tinkle down and land flat on the bottom. You might also need some kind of an indentation on the bottom so that the die don't land on top of each other.

This is just one of may ways to do this.

I will also bring a very standard wooden baffle box with me...I bought it from Carol Cole, and she tells me they don't make them any more...but the design is simple and anyone could make it.

I used to have one that folded up and fit into my board, but it was flimsy and kept breaking.
