I would play 24/22 10/9 in an instant.
Making the 10 point is apparently safe, but it doesn't address Blue's main difficulty. The back checkers are the problem. Their position has to be improved before White improves the board and block.
If splitting now is scary, what will it be like next turn? Maybe illegal or impossible.
Would you rather take a cube now with back checkers split and a good anchor-point started, or with back checkers sitting on the 24 point hoping for better luck next time?
