Probability Problem

Here are my 2 cents:
There are 56 possible combinations that the friend could hold. When she says that she has at least one ace, that number reduces to 44.
The number of hands containing two aces is 12 and remains unchanged with the new information;
The chance that both her cards are aces is then 12/44.

Now if she says that one of her cards is the ace of spades, the number of possible hands is 7.
The number of hands from those containing two aces is 3;
The chance that both her cards are aces is then 3/7.
Yeah the outcome looks strange :)
