If White makes his five point it's bad for us no matter if we are hit or not. By entering there we make a bet for the much needed advanced anchor and challenge White's builder. b/20 is a must.

Should we split our ace point anchor? White's deep checkers want to blitz us and we're trailing the race significantly. I stay anchored and complete with 8/7. This duplicates our fours but so does 4/3.
