Probability Problem

I can see why this is controversial. Let's assume the instructions are: "look at both of your cards, and tell me if at least one is an ace."
So if the subject says yes, I have at least one ace, then the odds of her having another ace are 3/11. Fine.
But what if you then ask the subject, which suit is the ace? Obviously, the ace has to be one of 4 suits. I seehow the calculation now yields 3/7. But how can her reply, which is basically forced (she has to identify a suit), increase the odds from 3/11 to 3/7?
