Surely the right way to do it, but may confuse the non-math inclined user: he asks to stop the rollout of a move when the confidence is 95%. If he rolls out 2 moves, the confidence play1 is best is 95% (supposing the RO stops), while if he rolls out 3 moves, the confidence play1 is best will be .95x.95.
Taking the min is not mathematically correct but may be more intuitive. Suppose you rollout 100 moves until you have 99% confidence that play1 is better than play2, play3, .... play100 (individually). I think the user would be surprised to see that the confidence of play1 being better than all the others is .99^99 = 0.37 ...
