The two main candidates seem to be 12/6 5/1 and 17/7*. It seems unlikely that you'll get the cube after 12/6 5/1, so based on the title I am guessing that 17/7* gets you cubed but is the better play. Calculating the answer looks complicated. Obviously an immediate return hit after 17/7* is devastating, whereas a dance should let you cash, but it's not obvious to me to how to estimate the equity of the play 12/6 5/1.
