Can anyone recreate this GNU 4-Ply Nonsense?

If you are in Edit mode you should only be able to do hint. Which wouldn't be exportable. Also the move is marked with very bad move.

I can't recreate it but I do find it interesting that Michael's "4-ply" values are the same as 0-ply.
