GNU 4-Ply Nonsense... Better theory...

Hi found some examples that didn't follow my previous theory.

Here's my latest attempt for which I haven't yet found any exceptions.

The 4-ply analysis has 3-ply skipped.

If GNU 2-ply thinks your move is the best play then 4-ply analysis seems to be correct.

If GNU 2-ply thinks your move is an error then 4-ply evals seems to copy 0-ply evals for all moves analyzed at 4-ply.

I think I'm getting warmer...
