I normally run my matches through 4-ply analysis without problems. But then I never normally turn off neural net pruning. The skipping of 3-ply is the normal setting just as skipping 1-ply is normal for 2-ply analysis.

I don't normally turn it off either. Only for this BOT comparison.

Turning off the neural net pruning shouldn't create such discrepancy so I guess it's a bug.
