From the mailing list I think the developers are confident they've got it stable but getting multithreaded code right is notoriously difficult. Even if you plan for it right from the start. One bug in BGB showed up only when I tested it on a box with 16 CPUs....

So it might be. If you rerun the analysis and get a different result it would be a clear indication for a multithreading issue. If you get the same results it doesn't prove anything but it makes it a little more probable that the cause lays somewhere else....
