Las Vegas - clocks?

1. Last I spoke with Lynn in July, she indicated that she was no longer going to be involved as a staff member at Las Vegas events. She was expecting to be running the NY Metro event in 2010 and was also expecting that event to be more clock friendly. I await the details on that.

2. I also noted the lack of a clock reference in the LV brochure. The Masters has always been "clock insistable" in Las Vegas. If the Masters at the November tourney is no longer clocks on request, I will seriously consider staying home in April if the situation is not obviously rectified. Any mixed feelings I might have about boycotting an event because of clock policy would quickly disappear if an event chose to become LESS clock friendly than it had been in the past. While we can all debate the PACE at which clocks should be introduced, I think most of us can agree upon the DIRECTION. I cannot support any step backwards in this area.
