UK Masters Cube Action

I think people are underestimating the gammons won for the player on roll here. This feels like a money cube to me. Player on roll has 11 men in the zone and while his 5s and 3s are duplicated with a stack on his 6pt, those checkers look to quickly pile off that stack if possible. There's also the humble security of the 15 pip racing lead and the golden anchor to allow this to be cubable.
The take is easy of course but a couple minor defects in the taker's position are why it's a cube. First, there's the superficial 4 prime. Sure, it's better than not having a 4 prime but it's completely stripped and has no room for improvement. To make any new inner board points, which he will undoubtedly want to do, he'll have to break part of the prime to have spares. Also, the 3pt is a bit out of position and the blot on the ace is a major hindrance in the upcoming attack that may take place.
Looks like a clear D/T to me.
