The malware was on the website html code, not in the downloads (at least according to what I've read on the mailing list and seen by myself).

The website is clean since days, but you may add some more security by using Opera as a browser (only few bad guys will try to exploit Opera. The market share is to low. Undeserved. It's a pretty good browser).
