What happened to HTML Frames in Snowie 4?

They got lazy and took it out. They redid the HTML single frame version with CSS, but didn't want to rewrite the frames version. I asked them to just put back the frames version in its original format, but that never happened.

You can keep a separate version 4.5 in a different sub-directory and still do the frames export with that.
