What happened to HTML Frames in Snowie 4?

They lost their 'good' programmers, and didn't want to invest the $$ to find and hire new people to write a new release.

Some of the basic customer interface stuff was created for Snowie 5 (a few screen shots were shown), but the project never got close to any sort of completion.
