TP = MWC at 9a4a ~ 22%, Neil must gather up more than 8 hitting numbers to take. PG comes home with 16 rolls (all rolls > 7 save 22), leaves a single shot from the 6pt on 18 rolls (on average a 12-shot), and leaves the man on 13 on 2 (double 1s and 2s). Neil hits 6 of those 18, and obviously is not sure to hit in the remaining 2 - leaving him hitting in sifgnificantly less than 8

His racing chances when missing is very small, as is his chances of getting a 2nd shot after the 18 singleshots above, and from this additional vig we must subtract some on account of not always winning after a hit.

The last factor is skill, someone like myself could possibly eke out a take against WC opposition here, but Neil is at a disadvantage to none and should drop happily.
