By my calculations, the "other variations" plus your errors in these variations add up to about 0.6%.

This seems awfully high. I guess this is from me starting with 2 big numbers and then rolling a set after he fans?

Even more than that if you consider that 21 is a good ace in addition to 11.

This should be good for me, right? So if anything it should pull it in the other direction.

Perhaps you did not factor in the likelihood of getting hit during your bearoff and then missing a double shot your opponent might be forced to leave after rolling boxes?
