There is no need to use a RNG at all. Player A has his list of dice rolls chosen however he likes and B does also. To get a roll the machine takes the nth value from each list and calculates (a+b)MOD6. At the end the lists can be made available to both and the process verified. Here either player can guarantee randomness by just listing random numbers himself.
